This Shipping Information policy applies to orders placed through flipcabs.com, operated under the store name Flipcabs Store.
Flipcabs Store is an online-only retail store focused on selling yoga mats for everyday exercise, stretching, yoga practice, and general fitness use. The website is established and operated by Activ8 Movement Training LLC, and all shipping coordination, order handling, administrative processing, and related legal responsibilities are managed by the LLC.
Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received and approved.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, system delays, or other operational circumstances.
Shipping Time
After an order has been processed, estimated delivery time is typically 7 to 9 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is 10 to 12 business days.

Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Fee
We currently apply a flat shipping fee of $4.99 for orders shipped within the United States.
Any shipping fee shown at checkout will apply to the order at the time of purchase.

If tracking information becomes available for your shipment, it will be provided using the contact details submitted at checkout.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipment has been prepared or handed over to the carrier.
